Toto Rules

1 The Toto is a game in which players predict the Home win, Draw, Away win of a number of predefined matches. ParsGoal collects all tickets into a Toto Pool to which players contribute prior to the start of the matches. After all the matches have finished ParsGoal distributes the Toto Prize between all winning players according to these rules.

2 A Toto player is a person who has placed a ticket in the Toto Pool under the terms and conditions of the Toto rules. The player must be over 18 years of age.

3 The final score for each match is the score at the end of regular full time unless otherwise specified.

4 A match is considered void if the mach does not start or is interrupted. Rescheduled and delayed matches are declared void if the new scheduled time of the match cause more than 24 hours delay in representing the final winners.

5 If there are 3 or more void matches, then all tickets will be void and tickets amount returned to the players.

6 The minimum ticket price is $0.50. The maximum ticket price is unlimited.

7 Every Toto games have 3 winning categories:
First Winners: All the tickets with maximum number of correct predictions
Second Winners: All the tickets with maximum number of correct predictions after first winners
Third Winners: All the tickets with maximum number of correct predictions after second winners

8 The Toto Prize is 70% of the Toto Pool which is distributed into 3 winning categories:
First Winners: 65% of the Toto Prize
Second Winners: 25% of the Toto Prize
Third Winners: 10% of the Toto Prize

9 If there is 1 or 2 void matches, then the Toto Prize will distribute between winners by winning shares. Every tickets with more than one selection for the void matches will have more winning shares of the Toto Prize. If there is 1 void match, tickets with 2 selection for that match will have 2 shares and tickets with 3 selection have 3 shares of the Toto Prize. For 2 void matches, winning shares calculate by multiplying the number of selection for each void matches.
